Concerned about your children?

If you have concerns about the safety of your children or are seeking contact and/or custody, we can help you with this via a solicitor and Social Services. It is important to talk to your children about what is happening to you.

They are often much more aware of what is happening to you than they may appear and it is important therefore, to explain the situation.

If you check through the website you will see how domestic abuse affects children. Hopefully this will give you a clear picture of what you can do to assist them.

If there is evidence of your being abused the family courts will consider this when making decisions about the future of your children.

Useful contacts are the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000 Childline’s helpline on 0800 1111
